Every tote carries a permanent QR label. Scan it with any phone camera and your label appears in large text you can edit right on that page, with quick room tags like Kitchen, Master Bed, and Fragile. When the tote is empty, clear the label with one tap. No app, no account, and nothing stored beyond the label you type. If you hire movers, they can scan each tote and know exactly where it goes.
