TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These terms cover your use of the Ten Totes website, accounts, quotes, rewards, and gift cards across Northern Nevada.
LAST UPDATED: SEPTEMBER 23, 2026
By using tentotes.com, requesting a quote, creating an account, or booking a rental, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. Information you give us, including your name, phone number, email, and delivery address, must be accurate and current so we can schedule delivery and pickup.
Prices, estimates, and calculator results shown on the site are quotes, not guaranteed reservations. A rental is confirmed only when we confirm your date, quantity, and delivery area. Availability, delivery windows, and regional service depend on route capacity and your address.
Published pricing covers your tote package for the stated rental length. Regional delivery fees, add-on equipment, approved extensions, applicable taxes, and any incidental charges are added as described in our Rental Agreement. We may update published pricing at any time, but confirmed bookings keep the price you were quoted.
Payment is processed through secure third-party payment processors. We do not store full card numbers on our systems. You authorize charges for your rental and any additional charges permitted by the Rental Agreement.
All equipment use, liability, damage, loss, cleaning, late return, and prohibited item rules are set out in our Rental Agreement and Liability Waiver, which is part of these terms.
Tote Points have no cash value, cannot be sold or transferred, and may only be redeemed against Ten Totes services subject to the published minimum redemption. Points from a rental or referral are awarded after the qualifying rental is completed and paid. We may adjust earn rates, expire points after extended inactivity, or reverse points earned through duplicate accounts, canceled rentals, refunds, or abuse of the referral program.
Gift cards are redeemable toward Ten Totes rentals and equipment in our service area. They are not reloadable, cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law, and are void if obtained fraudulently. Treat a gift card like cash, since we cannot replace a lost or shared code.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse, or repeated non-return of equipment.
Do not attempt to break, scrape at scale, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the site, our accounts, or our tote label system. Do not mass-edit QR labels on totes you did not rent.
The Ten Totes name, logo, photography, copy, pricing structure, and site design are our property and protected by law. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission.
Checklists, tote count guides, and blog content are general information only. Actual tote counts, timelines, and results vary by household. We do not guarantee outcomes based on this content.
The site and our services are provided as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, or that delivery windows will never change due to weather, traffic, staffing, or route conditions. We provide containers and related supplies, not moving labor.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability connected to the site or a rental is limited to the amount you paid for the related rental, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as delayed moves or lost profits.
We may update these terms as our service grows. The updated date at the top shows the current version, and continued use after an update means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, with exclusive venue in Washoe County, Nevada.
