Increments of ten also make estimating easier. You are choosing a tier rather than counting individual containers.

02How long do I keep them?

Rental periods are set in weeks, and most household moves land comfortably in one to two weeks of packing, moving, and unpacking. Larger homes, staged moves, or moves routed through a storage unit often want three or four.

03Are the totes clean?

04How do delivery and pickup work?

We deliver to your address, house, apartment, office, or storage unit, within a coordinated window, and we return for the empties after you unpack. Availability, timing, and any delivery fee depend on your ZIP code and route, which is why we confirm from your address rather than publishing a single flat promise.

You do not need to be moving the same day the totes arrive. Most people prefer a few days of packing lead time.

05What should not go in a rented tote?

Keep out anything hazardous, flammable, or leaking, along with liquids that could damage contents, and anything alive. Do not overload past a weight you can safely carry, and keep medications, documents, and valuables with you.

Furniture, mattresses, art, and long items move with dollies, straps, blankets, and protective covers instead. We rent that equipment alongside the totes.
